All Direct Fitness Collab plans include frequent check-ins for accountability, tailored exercise programs, personalized nutrition, continuous support and education, consistent collaboration of care, and direct access to your advisor. Foundation is best for clients who want the most hands-on support and the highest level of ongoing accountability.
