Partner Plans are for two people who are "partnering" in their health journey. Examples may be spouses or gym buddies.

Patients in a Direct Primary Care clinic pay a monthly fee ($50-$150/month) for unlimited primary care access (in person or virtual) and direct access to their doctor via text, call, email. Visits, in office procedures and tests, in-office blood work, and much more is all included in the membership. We know they are getting excellent primary care, which improves their overall health, and makes collaborating with their doctors is almost always easier than collaborating with other offices.
